Aloha and Welcome to June 2008 on Maui!  Summertime has graced our shores with warm tropical breezes and gorgeous outdoor activity weather. If you are planning on being on Maui this month there are some great things to partake in. June 26^th – 29^th “Kapalua Wine & Food Festival” This renowned event, hosted by Sommelier Fred Dame, convenes all-star winemakers, celebrity chefs and connoisseurs from around the world in a series of exceptional wine tasting and gourmet cooking demonstrations; June 11^th – 15^th “Maui Film Festival at Wailea” the film festival featuring film premieres at the under-the-stars Dolby-Digital equipped Celestial Cinema. Special food and wine events, including Taste of Wailea are just part of this wonderful event.

 The Maui real estate market continues to morph from a sellers market to a buyers market, with activity directly tied to value and price sensitivity.
